SUPPLY GIANT CNVO0336 1-1/4" Black Malleable Iron Straight Union for 150 lb Applications with Female Threaded Connects, 1-1/4

This is an Everflow Supplies Union for connecting or extending pipes in applications with a maximum pressure of 150 lbs. In particular, this fitting is made of black coated malleable iron with female threaded ends. Furthermore, UL/ULC and FM approved the design, which conforms to the ANSI/ASME B16.3 and B16.14 and ASTM A-197 standards. Additionally, the fitting is produced in an ISO 9001:2000 manufacturing environment, and is pressure tested before leaving the facility. The biggest advantage of using a Union, over a coupling, is that the two pipes that are connected can be easily separated because of, for example, replacement or maintenance. The tapered female threads, which allow for a tight seal, are 1-1/4 inch in diameter.
