This is a Flextron angled ball valve from their FTGV series of valves, with on one end a 5/8 outer diameter flare connecter and on the other end a 1/2 FIP connector. The angle of the valve is 90 degree which makes it, together with the t-handle, usable for compact applications. The valve is approved by SA and ul.
