Product Description 24 gauge Mantel Protector attaches to the mantel and allows a clearance reduction from 36" to 18" from the top of an unlisted stove, per NFPA 211 requirement. 47" wide with a depth or face of 10" and an angled lip of 2-3/4". All necessary mounting hardware and instructions are included. Comes pre-drilled and ready to mount, but can easily be trimmed to size. Protects existing fireplace mantels from heat generated by fireplace inserts and stoves. Black oxide finish is easily painted to match decor.
